Unless something has changed, the next stage will be for Subaru to produce a Contract of Sale within 2 business days. Unfortunately the price in the website is the same as a price on a shelf at at shop, it is an invitation to treat and does not need to be honoured. However if you manage to get a Contract of Sale, then you have them over a barrel. Though I'm not sure if the cooling off period is a two way street or not.

When you think about it, this is a good way for a company to temporarily inject cash into their business.

 

Post a very obvious pricing error that cashed up punters just can't say no to.  Use the funds for a few days while you "fix" the technical issues and then slowly refund.  Just hold back on the "thanks for your temporary investment".

Very valid point. That's how ticketing companies make all their money. Interest on monies held before being forwarded onto the promoter/band. Why do you think they sell tickets so soon for most events.
